I have a Mini 3 for exactly this and its great. Get a few higher capacity batteries and that triple charger box.
IMO FPV would be a pain, I've used them and its cool and all but after the first time you'll 100% just want to grab the remote and use the display on it. I like having peripheral vision while I wait for the drone to arrive at destination
