Too much salt? Before refridgeration in the 1800's 15-17 grams of salt a day per person average.

Minute 8.5 interesting scientific paper with chart at 9 minutes.

At 13 minutes recomended amounts.

Just information, not a recomendation by me. I am just a retired dirt farmer, uneducated in the way of profeccional education instruction (edit: see, I can't even speel it) getting his information from on line doctors and scientists. I am definitely not a doctor, scientist or nutritionist. I surely know nothing. Only a fool would do what I do because I do it. Do your own research. Make your own decisions for health. This is just another source for informtaion. It may be right or it may be wrong. Decide for yourself. Discussion purposes only.

Did I mention I am not a doctor???? I don't even own a white coat although I do have a couple of stethiscopes (for mechanics purposes). But that does not qualify me to be a doctor. Wouldn't want to be one even if I could. Retiree is the perfect occupation for me at this stage in life. :-)
