Change every year for peace of mind. The owners manual often has the hourly change or yearly, whichever comes first.
That being said I’d probably run it 2 years and then change it. I have a few pieces that only get changed every couple of years. As long as they run up to temp to burn off any condensation. I do a maximum of 2 years in the low hour stuff
