An auctioneer north east of St. Louis I know just had a hay auction couple weeks ago. 31 grass 4x6 outside bales $21 each
60 grass 4x5 tarped bales in 4 lots $28-32
140 grass 4x5 in tarped outside bales in 14 bale lots $22-27.
There were not weights given. Usually a true 5x6 is nearly same volume as 2- 4x5 if equal density.
Hay prices?
