100 miles north of the NYC crapper

I was just looking around in the engine compartment of my 2011 5.3L and noticed what I thought were the oil cooler lines between engine and radiator area had some gunk built up like it was damp. No drops on the ground but wondering if I should just bite it and replace the lines now if it's common. She's made it 14 years and 120k miles on these.

I have a 11 Tahoe I bought about a year ago that I’ve noticed an oily damp spot around what I assume are the transmission lines.
No noticeable drips and not low on fluid either.
