If they are like the ones in my area 30 years ago top soil was not striped in separate piles. And if you are going to plow the ground better get a big front loader to pick up the rocks. Even with the newer mines in the area the only thing that works good is making it pasture still allot of rocks and they did a poor job of segregating the top soil.
