| we set the tires out in the sun or in front of a torpedo heater to get them warm. then we coat the tire and the rim with soap. not soapy water, but dishwashing soap
We then have some 5/16 all thread cut to the desired lengths, and line up the holes and insert 3 of them, and pull all 3 of them up with a deep socket on an electric impact. this keeps everything lined up while it draws together. after its together, put the regular bolts in the other holes and draw them up. then remove the all thread and insert the regular bolts.
