I talk to one of he guys that works there, on FB, he said they went from 200 to 300 orders a week to 100 to 200 hrs a day in a matter of months. Said they've hire a bunch of new customer serivice people and there trying to get them trained.. They have also recently moved to a diffrent location, so that can't be helping.
