Mid-Missouri | I had the same experience. Only allowed online orders, jerk on the phone. I ordered two identical sets of I think 4500K 55 watt lifetimers. One set gave off a different color and the box was labeled slightly different. They said mail them back and they would look at them to decide. Also, he said it was impossible to make the bulbs give off identical appearance due to the nature of the internal gasses. Joke. I am happy with them. | |
