N.E. MO | Not sure what is different about construction equipment, but it seems to start better in the cold. Have 2 Cat dozers, 2 Cat excavators, and 3 Volvo 40 ton haul trucks on the jobsite where I’m working. I’ll bet my next paycheck that I can start every one of them at zero, without ether and without being plugged in.
Won’t take that bet below zero. Much below, and we let them idle all night.
