SE NE | There is probably a few different way depending on how tech savvy you are. Are you just wanting to view, or record as well? Not familiar with Wisenet, is that a standalone recorder or software on a PC?
Milestone XProtect if free up to 8 cameras, not sure if your cameras are supported but may be using ONVIF drivers, very powerful software but takes a bit to get it configured. They do have a good knowledge base though. You would need a PC to act as a server.
Otherwise if you have them on a network that another PC can access them directly using the IP address programmed into each camera you should be able to access them through a web browser to view them. If you want to view them remotely Google Chrome Remote Desktop is a good solution.
