What does that mean in your area? I'm sure it's not 3' deep like here here but even 6-12" deep would be bad since it's not likely it'll thaw out under a snow. Or would it in your area? Prob don't know if 10" snows aren't common do you? It's typical here if we have 3-4" of frost or frozen ground and we get snow like that the ground will thaw right back out.
