 Pittsburg, Kansas | When we first got some, maybe a couple of years ago, my wife had the same problem. So it set on the shelf a long time. Then we got to hearing more about it not raising blood sugar and having some positive effects and decided to try it again. Have not had any problems with it since.
We use pretty modest amounts as we try not to make things acrually very sweet.
So there may be something to getting used to it. When it occours naturally in a couple different fruits it is in very small quantities compared to glucose or fructose. So maybe that has something to do with it.
