I had some liquid iv made with allulose and the first couple of times I made a drink with it it went right through me.
By the time I got through the box I seemed to tolerate it well. I would like to try some of the allulose brown sugar for smoked ribs or burnt ends. Seems like none of the other sugar replacements carmelize like sugar does.
