Milford, IL | Without (me) using google search as a crutch, I undestood Otto cycle to be "regular" 4 stroke gasoline spark ignition engine.
I understood Miller cycle uses an elongated intake duration (compared to normal 4 stroke) which would result in some fuel charge reversion/dilution without the aid of forced induction, usually positive displacement supercharger. Turbocharging would be less effective than supercharging as a properly sized turbo would be ineffective at low RPM.
Maybe I need to brush up some. | |
