Central, IA | It all depends on what one is looking for. I have had an F150 hybrid for a year. All in gas mileage for the first 20k miles is 3-4mpg higher than the truck it replaced. (That had the exact same engine in it minus the hybrid transmission.
It’s not better on the highway, but it is in a different world when it comes to stop and go driving and idling, which I do a lot of around the farm. Not to mention having a 7k watt power inverter on board at all times.
I like the truck enough I’m going to try one in the suv. I also need a 3rd row suv as we have 3 kids so the Subaru’s are out I think.
