Pain only when walking? Does it subside when foot is elevated? If you apply probing thumb pressure on lower side between the metatarsals (think bones behind toes) does it create immeasurable pain. Those have been good predictors of the neuromas on my feet. Surgically removed and much better, still tender but not the breath taking feeling of years back.
