Sounds like a seed wart but with those you can find tiny little black dots at the location. Might take a magnifying glass to see them because they are tiny.
Wife has one that gives her problems on and off. I have had them in many years past.
But if no "seeds" (the tiny black dots), it is something else.
Bottom of Foot feels like little pebble on Bottom of Foot
