Sac & Story county IA | We have a grand highlander Toyota. The hybrid thing depends how you use it. Do you do mostly highway driving? Hybrid doesn't help much on that, Especially in bad wind. Town driving where it is stopping for stop lights is where hybrid shines. I have seen on the readout where trip was 2% electric to 50% electric. Think the hybrid has 2 drive systems engine and electric. More complicated than either gas engine or all battery. Otherwise, I have only bought Toyotas for 25 years and never was to dealers shop for anything but minor recalls.
