i think it’s mostly distraction—-“drill baby, drill?”  Both u.s. oil patch and opec shut him down on that.  I’ve personally been invested in Bakken well—200 BBLL a day—-well plugged and abondoned it—takes 90$ oil to make play work—-what’s now? $72?
