have a brother 9130 all-in-one lazer printer. my new laptop came with windows 11. i spent a bunch of time on the brother customer service line and they ended up telling me that the patch that my windows 11 is on has a know issue with making the scan work on that brother printer. has anyone else been able to resolve this issue? have had the printer 10 years now i think and it has been good. would the easiest fix be to just update printers? Thanks
