| First, I would look into getting some counseling. It is never a bad thing.
Second, list out all the things that have happened that you “regret”. Look at it and ask if there is a single thing you can do to change any of it. Since you can’t, burn that list.
Make a list of things you are thankful for and what you will do with that list.
You are what you think. Look up John Maxwell and get his talks and listen to them over and over and over.
Your mind is what is challenging you. Not your past, not your regrets, not your disappointments, not your limitations. It’s your mind.
I have lots of regrets. Most of them I couldn’t have changed even if I wanted. It’s life circumstances. I can only control my future and that is in God’s hands actually. Seek Him and His will and you will be fine.
