US Patent No. US 20100209833 A1 is green lightning nitrogen's patent number. Wanted to include your comment in case you deleted your comment. This is a forum that is supposed to be used to help people, not bring people down because your opinion doesn't match what they say. Please stay positive.

The patent US 20100209833 A1 is held by a Japanese company called NuFlare Technology Inc. This company develops, manufactures, and sells semiconductor manufacturing equipment in Japan. A major part of semiconductor manufacturing is etching things (silicon). The patent is described as

"Charged particle beam writing method and charged particle beam writing apparatus - a writing method and charge technology, applied in the field of charged particle beam writing method and charged particle beam writing apparatus, can solve the problems of beam impingement, reducing throughput, and generating reflection electrons"

It's a patent for precisely etching things held by a Japanese company that makes equipment that precisely etches things. Doesn't seem to have anything to do with Green Lightning at all and doesn't seem to be related to the Birkeland-Eyde process at all.

I would love to see a link or a picture or some kind of evidence that ties that patent number to Green Lightning. Are you able to provide something?
