Nothing like buying a neglected farm and making a good one out of it.  Just standing there envisioning how you want it to look and then figuring out how to do it is a challenge that brings much satisfaction.  It makes a farm mean that nmuch more to you. Glad you got the opportunity to fulfill a dream.
