New Castle, PA		I know the feeling also . In the early 70's the farm that adjoins us to the north came up for sale when they owner died .I was involved in a lawsuit at the time and no way could make it happen. Asked Dad to buy it and he said "just wait , they will not be able to sell it at that price . We will wait them out and get it cheaper " You know how well that worked out . 34 houses on it now.
