Cambridge, southwestern Nebraska		Those events are extremely satisfying. I’ve had a few.
One in particular happened when the landowner called me whom I never met and barely knew her name and we talked 10 minutes and I had it bought. Same thing, quarter mile away. Doubled the size of our field we had along each other. I was around 50 at the time.
