haskell county, ks | I read and listen to books on what i cal head games and have found tremendous help in conquering some of the inadequacies and self defeating thoughts that i fight to overcome. I have come to the conclusion that if i feel checked by my conscious that i must heed that instruction. Stoicism has good insight in how to conduct ourselves and if we guard our minds to filter out what we cannot agree with, just as we do with anything else we see or watch, that it can be beneficial. | |
