Do you experience any of the symptoms of vitamin C deficiency mentioned by AI? If you do and won't eat anything but meat, it's best to eat a lot more organ meat like liver and kidney.

I do not. In fact I experience the opposite of most of those symptoms. I used to have receding gums. Was told I needed to brush more. Nothing ever changed. The last couple years, my gums are growing back.

Back in the day before people had even discovered vitamin C, antarctic explorers found a natural cure for scurvy right in Antarctica - meat. I have yet to be able to find mention of any case of vitamin C deficiency on a carnivore diet. The body's requirement for vitamin C seems to be almost none in the absence of carbohydrates. And meat does contain trace amounts of vitamin C.
