Any shop is hiring mechanics. Masons, carpenters, and electricians. Plenty of openings for hvac. No people to fill the spots.
again, plenty of workers available to fill tomorrow’s jobs, just not at yesterday wages. Plain and simple. Pay me enuff and I’ll pick cotton and strawberries by hand.
We do need more who think this way, unfortunately entitlement has went way too far..
My employees tell me I am the only boss they have ever had that is willing to do the crappiest job that day at work. They respect me for that, but when I tell them it is their turn, they do not question me, they go do it.
