Absolutely incorrect.
There are great, hard working and intelligent employees to be found in your area for the right price.
There's probably 300 grain farmers at a local auction today. Half of them are younger than me (56). Probably 250 have no intention of buying anything at any price. Essentially just a social event. $50/hr would likely get your pick to come haul grain if you are looking for help. How many do you need?
