Maybe try tripling wages then choose from the best applicants?

If a guy won’t work at $10 he isn’t at $30 either. People need to get hungry to have true incentive to work like his life depends on it. It’s good to take care of people but we have gone way to far that people don’t feel a true need to work or feel entitled to everything for doing nothing. |
