It reads to me like you're an Auction Rep for Auction Time as well. Nothing wrong with that...............just noticing the difference in how you said you collect the money. I know a couple of machinery dealers that also work for Auction Time so to speak.

I'd think if I call a Rep to come list my equipment on the farm that I wouldn't keep any Buyer's Premium if one was applied. But perhaps I'm wrong. Like anything.............whatever is agreed to on a contract is what matters.
