So you are saying that you, the seller, get the buyer's premium, and all the auction gets is the upfront commission?
At least that's the way I am reading it.
On AuctionTime we do, yes. I do not know about Big Iron.
Also on AT, the buyer pays us, and we have to pay AT for their selling fees, so likely that is the difference between them and a lot of auctions.
