n. Illinois | John your right about Ancel Keys. I read about him and his fat is bad theory years ago in a National Geographic article. I have since come to learn that he was a scientific bully like Fauci, IE you did not cross him or your career was ruined (so much for true scientific process) IE you either do the study and get the right outcome or we will never fund you or your organization again. (there are thousands of so called studies claiming saturated fat is dangerous).
Yet like your own personal experience by getting off the excess carb's you have vastly improve your own health. Did you know that Ancel Keys did a study back in the late 1960's early 1970's where he did a RCT on institutionalized patients in Minnesota where he was able to completely control the diets. He removed the saturated fats with Vegetable oils. Guess who died more? Yes the folks getting the vegetable oils (more evidence of the danger of seed oils) So he in fact disproved his own theory wrong IE Saturated animal fats are bad for you. So of course he did what all ethical scientists do when their pet theory is shown to be wrong. He hid the data. He never published the results.
After he passed away the raw data was discovered IE he did not destroy it. People have analyzed the data and published but by then there has been billions of dollars spent on a false theory and whole business models are built around this false theory. So the establishment can never admit to being wrong and the millions of people in this country who are suffering Metabolic disorder Syndrome which Type II diabetes is the Number 1 sign of it all due to a bully scientist who had a theory that is wrong.
Climate Science is based upon similar scientific bullying tactics. IE you will toe the line that humanity is causing climate change/global warming (whatever the current name is) or we will never fund you or your organization again.
Google this guy Dr. Ignaz Semmelweis He discovered that washing hands before surgery reduced infection and the medical establishment at the time attack him until he was forced into a mental hospital and then took his own life.
