Middlesex County, Ontario | OneDrive is a cloud storage product owned by Microsoft. OneDrive ships with Windows and the free version allows for free 5gb of cloud storage. You are probably at your 5gb limit.
You can simple move your files out of the OneDrive folder somewhere else onto your C drive (like into My Documents or My Pictures) to clear the space back up.
