1) LDL isn't cholesterol
2) HDL isn't cholesterol
3) VLDL isn't cholesterol
4) ULDL isn't cholesterol
5) IDL isn't cholesterol
6) There is no known pathway by which eating saturated fat directly increases LDL levels in the blood
7) Cholesterol from our intestines can't even be absorbed directly into the blood stream as the particles are too large. It is taken up and transported by the lymphatic system via chylomicrons (ULDL).



You obviously have some medical knowledge.

So, what caused eggs to go from what I heard as a kid "nature's most perfect food"...to some time in the 60's: "being bad because of cholesterol according to the American Heart Association" .....to now being "good for us again"?
