Remember when eggs were vilified as being high in cholesterol and eating them would cause our heart to fail because of high cholesterol? This was mainstream thinking around 40 or so years ago. Don't eat eggs was the message.

An N=1 experament eating 720 eggs in a month. Couple minutes long.

Eggs are no longer such a food of "concern".

Wonder what else the experts via expert opinions that guided our food recomendaitons got wrong?????

He has a longer more detailed video on the subject. Here it is. 8 minutes long.

If you do a search you will come up with a bunch of the vegan opinions which may differ. They might be interested in this short video.https://www.youtube.com/shorts/hWFZ98AN6og

Edit: sorry. My Tab does funky things sometimes with links that I do not understand. You will have to cut and paste the links. I can't seem to edit them and make them work again.

I had a doctor tell me that eggs taught us that there is good cholesterol and bad cholesterol. Eggs are the good kind.

Sigh....
