Your trailer seems unsafe. So I might guess you are not *overly* safe?
No idea current cost to rent trailers. I see all day Home Depot, similar $60 area. Should be much better. If you have decent pickup. But unless you have a brake controller I think 3500lb max load. *unless surge brake still allowed*
