I don't think there's any way to put the pump back together wrong, so you should have that going for you

Perhaps i found the only way lol. Testing on load sense and pump pressure ports confirmed my suspicion, no pressure (actually showed 15 or so on each for a moment, not sure what that was about) on either test port. Hooking another tractor to the load sense and forcing oil in (per agco’s suggestion) only made the load sense register the 2800 or so psi from the other tractor, but did not force the pump into a stroked position. So now assuming i am going to be draining oil and running with the cover off to see what might be going on in there and now obviously wondering if the line breaking caused another issue, or if the line breaking was caused by this issue, or if we just have the worlds biggest coincidence. Or is the compensator on the new pump bad or a o-ring someplace as you have suggested or or or…..
Mechanic is going to update agco tech with new info in the morning and hope he comes up with something meaningful to try before draining to the inspection panel level. |
