Being from a neighboring Illinois I hate to see local control taken away. We saw this with State standards set for all renewable . Unfortunately then any constitutional matters before the courts could only be heard at Cook Co / Chicago or Sangamon Co/ Springfield . Possibly a favorable court for legislators. That law is currently being challenged in Illinois Supreme Court.
