Those "serving" in Indianapolis at the state level, know better than all those in "lower" governmental positions.
Looks like a power grab for sure, like what has happened here in Illinois. Those "serving" in Springfield (majority from Chicago of course) know better than those of us on county boards, when it comes to zoning for wind and solar farms.
