SOIL | We started Air Force with a 24 row Deere 1770 NT. It had the Deere OEM air bags and we added the 12v PP Air Force compressor, a Gen 1 20/20 and the Smart Connector and 5 row weigh pins. Over time, we added Clean Sweep with the manual cab control. The 12v didn't keep up, and I had to stop at the end of the row about once an hour to let it catch up. After a year of that, I found a used Hydraulic compressor for sale from a PP dealer about two hours away, so I drove over and bought it. Much faster, never had to stop again. Other side benefit to hydraulic, it doesn't make the headlights dimmer while the compressor is running. | |
