2003 5.4- Bad spark plugs that blow out and take the threads and coils with them. Bad exhaust manifold bolts that snap off and will not last. Heads also machined wrong and leak oil like crazy. They should have recalled every one of them and put new heads on them. But they just ignored the problem.
