the problem in Texas was not in the windmills it was the Natural Gas well heads froze up, and the power plants that run of it shutdown, It's funny the NG well heads in North Dakota don't freeze up at 30 below and Texas they froze up at 15 above. Somebody should have talk to them about how to protect well heads.
