I would go fiberglass for sure.
I have cellulose.
Someplace's it is a foot less than it was 3 years ago.
I think the roof leaks as every once in a while a whole bunch of water comes from between the ceiling sheets. Like it slowly builds up until there is enough to push the corner of the tin down.
Any way, I think the fiberglass would settle less and also not have the moldy smell if it leaks a bit.
The guy who sold me the building says all those little dimples in the insulation are mice tracks.
