I had a sow like that once also, took her out of crate and went out into lot with others and got acting stupid then next knew was down in back end and couldn't stand up. Didn't know what was wrong with her but didn't act like was in constant pain so gave her feed and water in pan and nothing else and in week or so she was back up and fine.
