You could try going with the Gypsum route to start replacing the Mg with Ca. The Mg can bind with sulfur to make epsom salt, which in turn can leach away since you mentioned it's tiled.

I personally would also start adding humic and/or fulvic acids and more cover crops. The addition of organic matter will help buffer everything and the cover can help take up some of the salts, which you could then cut and remove from the field.

It's not a short fix, kinda gotta just keep on it once you start. The humic acid long term will be a huge benefit
