You guys need our in house farm credit appraisal bunch , they appraise so far to the conservative side they make the people that bid on farms around here look like the three stooges , I tend to agree with them for loan purposes but for a family trying to sell moms farm I feel like an appraisal should show what it probably would of brought in the past 30 days
