I have one in 14 expedition. It has normal spark plugs. I did the timing chains and phasers at 292,000 for preventative maintenance. They likely could have gone longer. It now has 315,000 and runs great. Two LH exhaust manifolds over the years, probably 3 sets of spark plugs. It has been very good imo
