Can you hear the range shifter actuating as you move the gearshift through neutral with the truck shut off and plenty of air in the system? You've lost "high range" for whatever reason. Can apply shop air to the range selector cylinder at the back of the transmission to the upper right of the driveshaft yoke see if it is operating correctly, and move forward from there.
